There are many ways for you, your family and your friends to experience Rosemary Farm Sanctuary! Select from our various tour options — public tours, private tours, deluxe tours, group tours, founder’s experiences — each supports the ~100 equines in residence.

PLEASE NOTE: Rosemary Farm Sanctuary is a private facility created first and foremost for the safety of our equines. As such we cannot accommodate service animals, emotional support animals or pets anywhere on the property. We appreciate your understanding.

Private Tour

Can’t make our regular Saturday dates, or just want a more personal experience with friends & family? Enjoy a 90-minute private tour with the equines of Rosemary Farm! We’ll take you and your group on a walk-about to see our operations and meet our horses up close and personal. With a private tour, we also have the flexibility to customize your experience and adapt to your tempo and interests! For example, a private tour is a good option for seniors or limited mobility friends who may prefer to spend time in just one barn, enjoying a group of horses with less walking. Please tell us about any special requests or needs!

Private Tours may be scheduled for a small group of up to 6 people and must be arranged and paid for in advance, to reserve a Tour Guide and ensure the Sanctuary is accessible (i.e. other tours, farm events, or vet days may conflict).

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can sign in and start promptly to ensure you enjoy the full 90 minutes touring!

Pricing: $100 for a group of 2 friends & family plus $25 for each additional person up to max 6 participants

Deluxe Ride-along Tour

Enjoy a special 2-hour experience that takes you from the barns below to the mountains above! Begin your Sanctuary visit with a walking tour of Rosemary Farm, stopping in several of our barns and meeting various equine friends along the way. Then hop in the UTV for a ride up the mountain, where you’ll experience stunning views of the whole valley and drive in amongst a herd to visit horses as they spend their time roaming the Sanctuary.  Bring your camera and allow yourself to just “be” with the horses in their world.

NOTE: We can only transport 2 riders in the UTV at a time so Deluxe Tours are ideally suited for 1-2 participants. We can accommodate a group of 3-4, but you will do the walking portion of the tour together, and then the UTV portion will be completed 2 people at a time while the rest of the party waits at our Welcome Center or Gazebo.

Deluxe tours must be arranged and paid in advance, in order to reserve a Tour Guide and ensure the Sanctuary is accessible (i.e. other tours, farm events, or vet days may conflict with your requested tour time).

Pricing: $350 for 1-2 participants; $500 for 3-4 participants (maximum)

Founder’s Feature Experience

Join Rosemary Farm Founder & Executive Director, Dawn Robyn,
for an exclusive experience at the Sanctuary!

Get the exclusive behind-the-scenes perspective of equine sanctuary life from the founder who started it all. This special 2-hour experience is different each time and features various equines selected by our Founder, Dawn Robyn. You may find yourself visiting with Honey Pie under the apple trees, having some quality time along the path with Junebug, sharing treats with mustang Koa, or hanging out with Ephy and her mini-donkey, Dottie! Do you sponsor a Sanctuary resident? Meet them in person and get filled in on everything going on with them from the person who knows them best!
