Barn Hand & Volunteer Coordinator

Michal joined the Rosemary Farm team in May 2026 as a Barn Hand and Volunteer Coordinator. She first discovered the Sanctuary by attending one of the open houses and instantly fell in love, never realizing a place like this existed. Meeting Dawn was also a huge source of inspiration because they both came from similar design backgrounds. Michal then began volunteering, commuting from the city for nearly a year, until she decided to leave her career behind and move to the Catskills full-time.

As our first ever Volunteer Coordinator, Michal is bringing her magnetic personality and boundless energy to building our volunteer team, and loves meeting so many people who share the same passion for horses that she does.
