Kim and Cinder, a young Thoroughbred mare rescued and thriving at Rosemary Farm.

Kim Connolly

Director

Kim joined the Rosemary Farm Board in 2026, after being a long time friend and supporter. Kim first became aware of Rosemary Farm a decade ago when we rescued King Congie from a slaughter auction and made the news across New York and the surrounding area. Kim makes an impact by combining creative thinking with a process mindset, helping us improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Prior to joining the Rosemary Farm Board, Kim served as a Director and Officer for a small conservation focused non-profit, and volunteered with a program that connects horses and children who would not otherwise have the opportunity to interact with them. When she’s not helping Rosemary Farm, Kim is bringing her 30+ years in the mortgage industry to her role as a systems analyst at Ulster Savings Bank.
