Cynsie joined the Rosemary Farm Board in 2026, after having been a donor and friend to the Sanctuary for several years. Cynsie brings a diverse business background and broad network to Rosemary Farm, having worked in startups, directed global clinical trials for a pharmaceutical company, and having been a global consultant in the areas of accountability and leadership. Her key strengths are out of the box thinking and a focus on employees and teams. Cynsie also serves on the board of a Canadian non-profit.
